What is your refund policy?

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales at Peptides Canada are non-refundable. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved at our discretion, a non-negotiable 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Attempting to dispute charges without contacting us first may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.

To get your order out the door the same day, please ensure your order is placed and payment is cleared by 12:00 PM Monday through Friday.

When will my order ship?

  • Ordered before 12:00 PM (Mon-Fri): Ships same business day.

  • Ordered after 12:00 PM (Mon-Fri): Ships next business day.

  • Ordered on Weekends or Statutory Holidays: Ships the very next business day.

While we strive for 100% same-day dispatch before our cutoff, shipping may be delayed to the next business day if:

  • An item is temporarily out of stock.

  • The order was placed on a Statutory Holiday when carriers are closed.

  • There are unforeseen exceptions beyond our control (e.g., severe weather).

We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged for fraud or unverified information. If an order is cancelled by us before it has shipped, a full refund will be issued.

All products are shipped directly from the Peptides Canada facility in Canada.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer as soon as the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Due to the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us within 3 days of receipt. Include your Order Number, the Lot Number, and a clear photo of the damage. We will review the case for a replacement or store credit.
